Refund Policy

If you're not for whatever reason please contact us to discuss your problem with the product, returns are accepted for a exchange or refund. Returns are not accepted without prior confirmation and refunds maybe delayed why we establish the reason for return, for any goods which are returned because of ordered wrong or simply do not want the items we will deduct our outward carriage and a 15% handling charge from the refund.

It can take up to 14 days from you returning the item(s) to receive your refund, (though it can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you).

Please return the unused product to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Are there any products that can’t be returned?

We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

Products which have been personalised for you,
Made to measure products such as bed linens or table linens
It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a resalable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused
Where a product has been made to measure or personalised for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. See above for the full list of products that can’t be returned

For online or telephone purchases we’ll refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order as received, If you want to return a item that was ordered wrong or you simply no longer require then our outward deivery charge will be deducrted from your refund. If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items

Delivery Terms

Small Orders under £100 maybe sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on size and weight, Standard 2/4 Days Delivery will be sent by parcelforce

Parcel Force Next Business Day Delivery £15

For orders under £50 ex vat £7, Order Between £51 and £119 just £6 Delivery with FREE standard 2/4 Days on orders over £120 ex VAT

Orders despatched to Northern Ireland & Channel Islands will be charged at £15 minimum unless under 2 Kilo and the Scottish Highlands from £15 minimum unless under 2 Kilo, for these services we use a 2/4 day delivery service,

Orders under 2 kilo will be sent by Royal Mail recorded signed for on a standard delivery service.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day were possible and if stock is available.

· Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched following day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
· Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm and ALL orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on the following business day.
· Saturday deliveries are available on request and subject to additional charges.
· Following business day excludes official and bank holidays.
· No dispatch will be completed during official and bank holidays.
· In the unlikely event of any shortages or damages in your delivery, please notify us within 3 days of receipt, otherwise we cannot accept responsibility.
